1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Absolute Disclaimer: KnockDead.com and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this service. This includes, but is not limited to: loss of employment, professional repercussions, domestic disputes, or emotional distress.
You acknowledge that you are the sole author of any communication initiated through this platform and you assume 100% of the risks associated with the delivery of such messages.
2. TERMS OF SERVICE
Access to the KnockDead network is conditional upon your agreement to the following:
- Passive Carrier: You agree that this platform acts as a neutral technical carrier. We do not endorse, verify, or monitor the content of user-generated transmissions.
- Prohibited Conduct: You are strictly forbidden from using this service for illegal stalking, harassment, or transmitting threats of physical violence.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree that any legal dispute resolution will be conducted solely on an individual basis, waiving any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
3. PRIVACY & DATA LOGGING
Your privacy is balanced with our requirement for network integrity and spam prevention:

Node Security: All data is processed on hardened infrastructure. Connection logs may be provided to authorized law enforcement entities if required by a valid legal order.
4. INDEMNIFICATION
Your Responsibility: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KnockDead.com, its owners, and operators from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to the service;
- Your violation of any term of these Legal Documentation;
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right;
- Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the Service.
